You'll own features end to end — from an early conversation to shipping live — across the app and the systems behind it. You'll prototype fast with design and the founders, then iterate on what people actually use. We hire product engineers because the person closest to the user should be the one writing the code. Scrappy, obsessed with the details, allergic to handoffs.

You'll build the intelligence layer — the models, agents, and retrieval at the heart of the product. Expect to design LLM pipelines, fine-tune and evaluate them, and ship inference that's fast, observable, and cost-aware in production. You'll own both model quality and the systems around it, diagnosing failures wherever they hide. Strong fundamentals, real production instincts, a bias toward shipping.

You'll embed with our first partners — mapping their workflows, structuring the solution, and building it with them. Expect full-stack work: integrations, data pipelines, and the glue that makes a deployment real. When something breaks, you own the fix while the customer waits. You're the technical owner who earns trust and turns one hard deployment into a repeatable product. Part engineer, part partner.

You'll be the first commercial hire — running deals end to end with the founders, turning early conversations into partners and partners into revenue. Expect to do the unscalable things: source your own pipeline, sit in every call, and write the playbook as you close. You'll feed what you learn straight back into product and pricing. Hungry, consultative, and comfortable selling something that's still taking shape.

You'll own the look, feel, and flow of the whole product — from the first wireframe to the pixels that ship. Expect to move between product design, brand, and prototyping, partnering with the founders and engineers to turn a hard problem into something that feels obvious. You'll set the bar for craft and the system everyone builds on. Opinionated about detail, fast in the tools, and happiest designing in real, working software.
